The parents arrived. Here for Reidy girl's confirmation.....Mom's at home today busy cleaning out my fridge and planting geraniums...She's AWESOME. Dad is fiddling with the i-pad. He loves that thing, the best Father's day gift ever!
So today I'm trying a BRICK workout. Riding for 10 minutes, then immediately to the treadmill for 5, then back to the bike for ten, run for 5 and so on. Supposedly it helps your quads/hamstrings be ready for the race. I will report back.
